Danny nodded before going over to his bed and curling up with his bear his brother had gave him. Danny quickly fell fast asleep.

Issac smiled and left the room, just as the lights went out, causing the doors to the patients rooms to lock.

Danny slept quietly till morning.

At eight AM sharp the ward lights flicked back on, unlocking the doors at the morning alarm sounded.

Danny woke up as the alarm went off and opened his eyes.

After a few minutes the sound of the alarm was ended by an orderly's voice over the loudspeaker reminding patients not to leave their room until medication was handed out and that a staff member would lead them all to breakfast afterwards.

Danny sat and waited for someone to come and get him.

Issac pushed the medicine cart down the ward going room to room until he got to Danny. "Morning."

"Morning." Danny said with a softly yawn.

"You sleep alright?" Issac asked, looking for the cup of pills with Danny's room number on it.

"Yes i slept all night." Danny answered as Issac handed him a small cup.

Issac nodded. "That's good, take those I'm not allowed to leave the room until you do."

Issac sat with Danny, determined to try to protect him. "You have half an hour here, then you're expected to be back in your room, Dr. Poe will come for you when he's ready."

"It's forbidden to all patients who aren't assigned to it," said Issac, "and knowing Poe, if he caught you up there, you'd be in the hanging chair for days."
